Health and emergency disclaimer
Anemia Guard is a personal organization and educational tool. It does not diagnose anemia, identify its cause, interpret a result for you, prescribe supplements, replace a qualified clinician, or provide an emergency service. Food cannot cure anemia or replace testing and treatment. Do not delay care because of information in the app.
Your account and records
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and the records you enter. You keep ownership of your content and permit us to process it only as needed to operate, secure and support Anemia Guard.
Separate subscription
Anemia Guard Pro is separate from every other Badexy Technologies product, including Sickle Care Hub. An active Anemia Guard purchase unlocks Anemia Guard for the same signed-in account across supported web, iPhone and Android clients only.
Trial, renewal and cancellation
Eligible monthly and yearly subscriptions may include a 14-day trial. The checkout screen shows eligibility, price, renewal timing and currency before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the provider where they were purchased. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Stripe, Apple or Google rules as applicable. Losing Pro does not remove access to account export or deletion.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, upload unlawful content or use another person’s account without permission. We may limit access to protect users or the service. We work to keep Anemia Guard available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and Badexy Technologies is not responsible for clinical decisions or indirect losses arising from reliance on the app. We may update these terms with notice appropriate to the change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
