Who is responsible
Badexy Technologies, LLC operates Anemia Guard. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@badexytechnologies.com.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address and password hash.
- Health information you choose to record, including symptom frequency, laboratory values, notes and meal plans.
- Subscription and entitlement records from Stripe, Apple or Google. We do not receive full payment-card details.
- Security and technical information needed to authenticate devices, prevent abuse and diagnose service failures.
How we use information
We use information to provide secure records, synchronize your account across Anemia Guard devices, verify your separate Anemia Guard subscription, support account export or deletion, maintain security and answer support requests. We do not use health records for advertising or to diagnose a condition.
Storage and sharing
Records are stored in our managed PostgreSQL service and protected in transit. Native offline records use an encrypted database with keys held by the device security system. We disclose only what is necessary to service providers that host the app, process payments, operate app stores, deliver infrastructure or help us secure and support the service. We do not sell personal or health information.
Your control and retention
You can export your account data and request account deletion from Account settings. Deletion removes active records subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, disputes or law. Store purchase histories may remain with Apple or Google under their own policies.
Children and international use
Anemia Guard is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should supervise use where local law requires it. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, with protections appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
